Microsoft Legal Intercept Patent

Microsoft buys Skype, then files for a patent called Legal Intercept which allows them to silently record VoIP calls.  This patent specifically covers Point to Point calls and specifically spells out Skype and Skype-like communications such as Xbox, (gaming systems),  video conferencing, video meeting and Instant messaging. And did you catch this in the patent?  “9.
